Job summary

Baystate Health is seeking an experienced Primary Care Nurse for the Northern Edge Adult & Primary Care Practice in Springfield. This full-time role supports triage, patient education, and plan of care for complex patients, including those with substance use health conditions.

Requirements include MA RN licensure, BLS CPR, and at least 2 years of outpatient nursing experience. Sign-on bonus available for external hires.

Qualifications
