Job summary

Banner Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Cortaro Primary Care in Marana, AZ. This full-time position supports internal medicine, family medicine and pediatrics, with on-site responsibilities and travel to sister clinics as needed.

The RN will assess, plan and document patient care, collaborate with providers, and coordinate care across the care team in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. Strong clinical skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary/interim RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which he/she is applying is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Coordinate care with providers and clinical staff.
• Document care and communicate status to the care team.
• Provide patient and family teaching and discharge planning.
• Supervise activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel as applicable.
