Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Family, Internal and Pediatric Medicine clinic in Grand Rapids. The role supports a 40-hour day shift (7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) in a full-time capacity at the Beltline site, working Mon–Fri with some days off as scheduled.

You will conduct assessments, plan and implement patient care, and uphold ANA standards to deliver high-quality care for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• Required Associate's Degree Nursing.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
• LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan upon hire.
• BLS certification required within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Uphold nursing standards as described by the ANA in daily practice.
• Be a vital member of the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

About Outpatient Clinics

Scope of work

As a Nurse with Corewell Health, providing top-notch patient care is paramount. You'll use your critical thinking skills and the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You'll be responsible for upholding the standards of nursing excellence as described by the ANA, including the code of ethics. You'll be a vital member of our team and strive to achieve the best possible outcomes, making a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Required Associate's Degree Nursing
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree Nursing
• LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire Required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days Required or CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days Required
• Preferred 1 year of experience as an RN in the outpatient setting
