Centerpoint - Winchester is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PreOp/PACU to provide safe preoperative and recovery care. The role is full-time during day shifts, with a requirement for on-call coverage and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

The RN will administer medications, document care, and collaborate with physicians and staff to coordinate transfers, testing, and discharge planning while supporting patients and families throughout the perioperative journey.

Qualifications

• Current KY RN license.
• BLS within 10 days of hire.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire; PALS within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Perform plan of care and administer medications per protocol.
• Document patient care and communicate changes to the care team.
• Support patient activities of daily living and ensure safety during perioperative care.
• Coordinate care across disciplines including transfers and discharge planning.
• Educate patient and family throughout the perioperative process.
