Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care using the nursing process across shifts. Qualifications

• Experience with nursing care standards and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of patient care and delegate to home health aides and staff.
• Coordinate patient care with families, physicians and resources.
• Educate patients and families about rights, consent and discharge needs.
• Maintain proficiency with equipment and EPIC charting system.
• Participate in problem solving and on-call triage as needed.
