Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital in Athens, GA is seeking an experienced RN for full-time night shift (7pm-7am) in the Nurse Residency Unit. This 20-bed unit onboarding three cohorts of new graduate nurses each year provides a solid clinical foundation with dedicated preceptors and a Nurse Residency Coordinator offering strong support during orientation.

The NRU focuses on high-quality nursing care, with patient care spanning the lifecycle, and nursing process discipline.

Formación

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Current RN license in Georgia or NLC/eNCL multistate license.
• BCLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• The staff nurse provides nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care. She/he maintains standards of practice and coordinates patient care activities with all assigned staff.
