Qualifications

• Valid state RN license and BLS required at hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments and care planning.
• Timely and accurate documentation using hospital systems.
• Transcribe and process medical orders correctly.
• Respond to rapid responses and code events as needed.
• Counsel patients and families about care plans.
• Assist admissions and transfers to the unit.
