Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital – Morgantown, located inside Mon Health on the 4th floor, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) / Preceptor. The role offers a 6:00–6:30 schedule with day or night shifts and compensation up to $48 per hour plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

You will train through Select to mentor new graduate RNs as part of our new grad program. The hospital focuses on critical illness recovery and inpatient post-ICU care.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license required.
• BLS required at hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Document accurately using approved systems.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data.
• Transcribe and process medical orders correctly.
• Respond to Rapid Response and code events.
• Educate patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
