You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families. Qualifications

• RN licensure in Florida or eligible to practice in Florida.
• 1+ acute care hospital experience
• BLS certification required or registered at hire.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural and spiritual dimensions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluating and revising as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocol.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the medical record.
• Monitor infection control and safety standards to ensure a safe environment.
