Job summary

HiredFirst seeks an experienced RN to perform preadmission assessments and patient interviews for upcoming procedures. The role requires reviewing medical history, medications, and ensuring readiness for procedures.

You will coordinate with providers to meet pre-procedure requirements and educate patients on preoperative instructions, expectations, and postoperative care, while documenting patient information accurately. The position is full-time, on-site in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and current BLS certification.
• Experience conducting preadmission assessments and educating patients.
• Ability to document and communicate patient information clearly.

Schedule

Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

10.5-hour shifts

Weekends, holidays, and on-call required

Required Qualifications
