Position Summary:The RN Preadmission conducts comprehensive preoperative assessments to ensure patients are medically prepared for upcoming surgical or procedural care. This role gathers detailed health histories, reviews medications, identifies potential risk factors, and provides individualized education to support safe, informed patient preparation. Working collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative teams, the RN Preadmission helps ensure accurate documentation, timely medical clearance, and smooth coordination across care transitions.
