• Shift: Day, 0900-1720, with some variability
• Hours: 8 hours per shift
• Weekend rotation: Every 4th weekend and weekend call
• On Call: Weekdays 1530-0700, Fridays 1530-Mondays 0700

Required certifications include RN License, BLS, ACLS (preferred), and NIH (preferred). Scrubs are navy or provided.

Job Description:

The RN delivers nursing care according to ANA standards and Michigan law, demonstrating critical thinking, ethical practice, cultural sensitivity, and collaboration. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, documentation, patient advocacy, discharge planning, delegation, and participation in quality improvement and safety initiatives.

Education and Experience:
