Qualifications

• Registered Nurse: KY, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Assesses and analyzes patient problems to determine the need for standard, urgent or emergent interventions.
• Implements and/or modifies the plan of care using assessment data and standards of care.
• Provides patient and family education and discharge planning, coordinating with the care team.
• Prescribes and administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments per policies.
• Evaluates progress toward expected patient outcomes.
