Job summary

SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to assess, manage, direct, and provide nursing care during the patient’s hospital stay, coordinating planning with other disciplines using a patient-driven approach. The role is based in St.

Louis, MO, with a schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, no weekends, no call, and no holidays, offering opportunities to grow and contribute to a patient-centered team.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Missouri
• BLS HCP certification per AHA
• Ability to provide comprehensive nursing care and patient assessment

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive nursing assessment/reassessment and documents findings.
• Establishes and evaluates plan of care based on assessment data and standards of care.
• Provides nursing interventions and coordinates daily plan of care with the health team.
• Delivers patient education and discharge planning per documentation guidelines.
