Qualifications

• RN license (NJ) and BLS certification.
• BSN preferred.
• At least 2 years of ambulatory clinical practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises clinical team scheduling and coverage.
• Monitors quality dashboards and acts on care gaps.
• Directs daily patient care assignments for the clinical team.
• Participates in interviewing, hiring and orientation of new staff.
• Ensures medication administration per policy and documents per AH policy.
