Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week postpartum/NICU assignment in Seattle. The role requires neonatal expertise, Level 2 NICU and postpartum experience, and the ability to support deliveries as the baby nurse. Night shifts are 12 hours, with a 36-hour work week.

RNs must hold an active license and BLS/NRP certifications. The unit has a 1:3 nurse-to-patient ratio, 24/7 neonatologist on-site, and requires flexibility to float between units and cover weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Active license is required.
• NICU Level 2 and postpartum experience preferred.
• Must be able to attend deliveries as the baby nurse.
• CPAP/High-flow support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend deliveries as the baby nurse.
• Titrate drips and manage common titratable IVs.
• Titrate CPAP/BiPAP and manage respiratory support.
• Float between units as needed to meet department needs.
• Read strips independently; no telemetry techs are present.
• Provide Level 2 NICU care in a postpartum setting.
