Expect 12-hour night shifts (0645–1915 and 1845–0715) with a 4:1 patient load in a unit with 18 postpartum beds and Cerner charting. The position involves no on-call requirement, weekend shifts across a 4-week cycle, and an environment with multiple resources including 24/7 pharmacy and respiratory services.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of postpartum nursing experience.
• Licensed RN in California or eligible to practice in California.

Mansioni
