You will work in a full-time, day-shift capacity, delivering direct nursing care and participating in a structured residency core curriculum. The program emphasizes patient safety, growth, and collaboration with a dedicated coaching team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program) required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross required.

Responsibilities

• Assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional patient care.
• Interact directly with patients, families, and visitors to enhance their experience.
• Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
• Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
• Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care based on acuity and patient preference.
• Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions.
• Seek supervision and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.
• Document in patients’ medical records.

Requirements

Education

Experience

• New grad or less than one year of RN work experience required.
• Experience RN moving from non-inpatient to acute direct care clinical inpatient setting with less than one-year current acute direct patient care RN experience.
