Postpartum RN Position with the following tiers:Tier 1: 6-months or more current RN experience in Abbott NW Postpartum unit requiredTier 2: RN Postpartum experience requiredTier 3: 1-year acute care RN experience or new graduate RN with OB experience required (ex. Internship, Capstone, Nursing Assistant)
This is a weekend position (Every Fri, Sat, Sun) Straight Evenings - 8 hour shift
Nursing is the diagnosis and treatment of human response to actual or potential health problems. This includes establishing an intentional therapeutic relationship between a registered nurse and a patient and family. As a leader and the integrator of care, the professional nurse has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for planning, coordinating and evaluating the patient’s care needs. Provides care to the obstetrics patients and their families during the antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum period.

Licensed Registered Nurse – MN Board of Nursing required if working in state of MN upon hire / WI Department of Safety & Professional Services required if working in the state of WI upon hire

Medium Work*:Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. frequently
Pay Range: $44.64 to $74.33 per hour
The pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
