Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a 28-bed unit delivering pre- and post-operative care for orthopedic, spine, vascular, and trauma patients. You will perform nursing assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires completion of an accredited nursing program and an active RN license in the state, along with BLS.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care according to standards and procedures.
