Qualifications

• RN license in California (state requirement).
• BLS/CPR certification required on hire.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate overall nursing care.
• Monitor overtime and staffing to meet unit needs and budgets.
• Coordinate physician interventions and ensure timely medical orders.
• Monitor meals/breaks and oversee nursing unit operations.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure safe care.
• Participate in developing programs for staff recruitment, retention, and education.
