1. Assess, implement, and evaluate the care needed by assigned patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
2. Apply principles, theories, current methods, and techniques of nursing practice.
3. Use the nursing process to collaborate with patients, families, peers, and other healthcare team members to provide individualized care.
4. Direct nursing support staff in delivering patient care according to standards, policies, and procedures.
