Responsibilities

1. Assess, implement, and evaluate the care needed by assigned patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.
2. Utilize nursing principles, theories, current methods, and techniques to provide patient care.
3. Collaborate with patients, their families, peers, and other healthcare team members to individualize care using the nursing process.
4. Supervise nursing support staff in delivering patient care according to standards, policies, and procedures.
5. Maintain required professional education, training, or certifications relevant to the specialty area.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
• At least 2 years of experience in the clinical specialty (Preferred)
