Job summary

The Ridge Rehabilitation Center in Salinas, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate healthcare team. You will plan and deliver nursing care to residents in line with current standards and regulations to ensure the highest quality care and dignity.

As a nurse leader, you will guide LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal resident care and support ongoing education and training. A California RN license and a BSN/ASN are required to join our dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered RN license in California.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ASN/BSN).
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws and guidelines for long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver nursing care to residents in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Guide and support LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal resident care.

Must Have:

• Current and unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state – New Grads Welcomed!
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

Nice to Have:

• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Experience in Skilled Nursing environment
• Experience with PointClickCare
