Job summary

Rowan's Piercing Studio Nurse role reports to the Studio Manager and focuses on safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experiences. As a Rowan Nurse you will apply your nursing skills to perform piercings with care and precision, ensuring a celebratory atmosphere while maintaining clinical standards.

You will educate clients on aftercare, monitor safety, collaborate with the team, and help drive patient satisfaction, revenue growth, and a memorable milestone for each guest.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license and eligibility for state body art license.
• Professional and engaging customer care approach.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including holidays/weekends.
• Interest in retail environment with sales goals.
• Obsession with detail and infection control knowledge.
• Newly licensed nurses welcome; additional training offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, clean, and joyful ear-piercing experiences.
• Perform piercings with care and precision under Rowan standards.
• Educate customers on aftercare and Rowan After Care products.
• Maintain sterile environment at nurse station and on the tray.
• Monitor customer safety and comfort; address concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager to keep operations smooth.
• Support sales goals and studio metrics through high-quality service.
