Covenant Health Ministries in Bangor, ME seeks a registered nurse to provide professional nursing care with compassion, following established standards. You will deliver excellent patient and family service both in person and by phone, coordinating care with the healthcare team.

The role emphasizes triage, education, documentation, and adherence to protocols. You will support referrals, medication management, and participate in daily team huddles within the practice network.

Qualificações

• Two-year college degree (Associate’s) required.
• 1–3 years nursing experience with minimum of 2 years.
• RN license in Maine; BLS/CPR and AED certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care following established standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients and families in person and by phone.
• Triage patients and determine urgency; consult with provider.
• Document charts with initials, date and time.
• Coordinate and complete paperwork related to referrals, immunizations, and medication administration.
• Lead and participate in daily huddles and team meetings.
• Support care transitions with internal and external services.
