Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Registered Nurse for Night shifts on a per diem basis at Eidi Family Rehabilitation Center, Ohio. The RN serves as the core of patient care, coordinating plans and collaborating with the care team to improve outcomes for patients and communities.

You will assess patients, formulate diagnoses, and plan, implement, and evaluate care with sensitivity to diversity and shared decision-making. Per diem role emphasizes flexible schedule and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse (Ohio).
• Current CPR training.
• Twenty-four contact hours of continuing education during licensure period, with at least 1 hour related to Chapter 4723 of the Ohio nurse practice code and rules.

Responsibilities

• Assess and formulate a nursing diagnosis for patients.
• Plan, implement and evaluate the care plan in collaboration with the health care team.
• Coordinate patient’s plan of care with patients and families through effective communication.
