Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for its PDP Team at Allegheny General Hospital. This position requires 3 years of acute care nursing experience in Med Surg/Tele and current Pennsylvania RN licensure. The nurse will be accountable for patient care, working with a multidisciplinary team, and providing education to patients and families.

This role entails rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical assessment and care planning skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years acute care nursing experience required in Med Surg/Tele.
• Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• CPR and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate clinical assessment skills and care planning skills.
• Provide safe and effective care for the age population served.
• Direct and manage patient care delivery activities by team members.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for the plan of care.
