Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking an Registered Nurse for the Endoscopy Team at Winchester Hospital. This per diem role includes day shifts and an on-call commitment at Winchester Hospital and 10P Commerce Way, Woburn, MA.

The ideal candidate will complete assessments, administer treatments, and coordinate with physicians to optimize patient care. Eligible candidates must have graduated from an accredited RN program and hold an active MA RN license; BSN is strongly encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient.
• Support and educate patients and their loved ones to achieve maximum outcomes.

Schedule: per diem, day shift. On-call requirement at Winchester Hospital and 10P Commerce Way, Woburn, MA.

• Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Pay Range:

$36.00 - $90.14

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
