Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Endoscopy Team on a per diem basis in the Winchester/Woburn area. The role includes day shifts with on-call requirements at Winchester Hospital and 10P Commerce Way, Woburn, MA.

You will perform assessments, administer medications, collaborate with physicians, and educate patients and families to support optimal outcomes. Massachusetts RN license and unit-specific experience are preferred; BSN encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• BSN strongly encouraged.
• Experience in unit-specific specialty preferred.

Schedule: per diem, day shift. On-call requirement at Winchester Hospital and 10P Commerce Way, Woburn, MA.

As a Registered Nurse for our Endoscopy Team, you will be responsible for the following:

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness

• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient

• Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required. Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Pay Range:

$36.00 - $90.14

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geographyof work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
