Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a qualified RN to provide specialized pediatric care in an acute ER setting. You will perform rapid assessments, triage, and coordinate with the emergency team to stabilize young patients.

Responsibilities include administering medications and IV therapy, monitoring vitals, documenting care, and educating families. Active RN license, BLS, and PALS are required; ACLS/TNCC are preferred depending on facility.

Qualifications

Job Summary:

Provides specialized nursing care to pediatric patients presenting with acute illnesses, injuries, and emergency conditions. Performs rapid assessments, prioritizes care, administers treatments, and works with the emergency care team to stabilize and safely manage pediatric patients.

Education & Experience:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.

1–2 years of pediatric or emergency nursing experience preferred.

Experience caring for acutely ill or injured pediatric patients is preferred.

Licenses & Certifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

BLS certification required.

PALS certification required.

ACLS and TNCC preferred or required based on facility requirements.
