Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Pediatric RN for a 13-week assignment in Des Moines, IA. You will provide nursing care to pediatric patients in a hospital setting, with patient-to-nurse ratios from 1:2 to 1:4 and a night shift from 7pm to 7am.

Requirements include Iowa license or compact, BLS, PALS, APHON certification, 24 months pediatric and/or oncology experience within the last 18 months, EPIC EMR experience, and willingness to float to the Emergency Department for inpatient holds.

• No first-time travelers; must have completed at least one travel contract within the previous 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in a hospital setting.

• Participate in holiday rotations and on-call duties during low census periods.
• Respond to phone calls or texts for rapid interviews.
• Maintain professional references from a charge, supervisor, or nurse manager within the last 24 months.
