Instructors apply Jean Watson’s Theory of Caring and QSEN competencies to clinical teaching and supervise student learning in real-world settings. The role requires CA RN license, BLS; ACLS/PALS as needed; Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing; at least 2 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in audits, curriculum development, and quality improvement efforts.
