Gillette Children's is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) at the Phalen St. Paul outpatient Clinic. This 1.0 FTE position (40 hours/week) offers days, typically 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends.

The RN supports Neurology and Complex Care, performs triage, coordinates multidisciplinary care, and provides patient education and care planning. A valid MN RN license and BLS are required; pediatric experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide essential clinical triage and rehabilitation-focused patient education
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care and community resources
• Patient triage for pain, neurologic, and functional concerns
• Care coordination with therapy services, interventional providers, and external agencies
• Medication management (e.g., spasticity agents, pain medications)
• Pre‑ and post‑procedure education and follow-up (e.g. Botox/Dysport/Phenol Injections, Baclofen pump management and refills, sedation monitoring and procedure support)
• Durable medical equipment (DME) coordination and prior authorizations
