Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services.
• Initiate care plans and request revisions as patient needs change.
• Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on diagnosis and goals.
• Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitor and document their effectiveness.
• Review care plans and identify education, care coordination, and discharge planning needs.

Requirements:

• Current RN license for the practicing state
• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Current PPD or chest X-ray
• Current BLS card
• One year RN experience preferred
