Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking an RN for home health care, delivering high-quality patient care in the comfort of the patient’s home.

You will assess, plan, and implement care under supervision of a clinical manager, while educating patients and families on disease processes, procedures, and medications. You will manage wound care, tracheostomy, g-tubes, catheters, ventilators, and medications, creating customized care plans that fit patient needs and family requests.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Home health care experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in patients' homes.
• Ability to educate patients and families on disease processes, procedures, and medications.

Hourly Salary: $30 - $35

In this role, under the supervision of a clinical manager, you will assess, plan, and implement patient care, educate patients and their families on disease processes, procedures, and medications, and manage various patient needs such as wound care, tracheostomy, g-tubes, catheters, ventilators, and medication administration. We create customized care plans to accommodate our patients' needs, preferences, and concerns, as well as special request of their families.
