Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) in Cranberry Township, PA and surrounding areas.

Pay Range: from $30/hr

Our nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care, making a difference in patients' and families' lives. We are hiring Registered Nurses (RN) for full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights, weekends available). Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Focus on medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and adolescents in their homes, following the active care plan prescribed by physicians and relevant personnel.
2. Conduct ongoing patient care assessments.
3. Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
4. Coordinate care among healthcare providers.
5. Educate family members on patient care to promote positive outcomes.
6. Implement preventative measures to ensure quality of care.
