Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Longmont, CO is hiring Registered Nurses to provide direct, one-on-one care for medically fragile children in their homes.

As a nurse in our nurse-founded, clinically-led organization, you will assess patients, administer medications and therapies, educate families, and coordinate with doctors to ensure quality outcomes. We offer flexible schedules and strong support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled registered nursing care in a home health setting
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
• Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• Ability to provide care in a home environment

Preferred:

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high-acuity care (trach, vent, G-tube)
