Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct, one-on-one care for medically fragile children and young adults in their homes around Boulder, CO.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN), days/nights/weekends, and 24/7 clinical and operational support. New RN graduates welcome with training provided; competitive pay: $35-$38/hour, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of Colorado).
• Ability to provide care in a home environment.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled registered nursing care in a home health setting.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes.
• Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.

What You’ll Do
