Angels of Care Pediatric HomeHealth in Littleton, CO is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide direct, one-on-one home health care for medically fragile children and young adults. We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, and PRN), day, night, and weekend shifts, with 24/7 clinical support and paid training to support your growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled registered nursing care in a home health setting
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes
• Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition

What You’ll Do

Preferred

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high-acuity care (trach, vent, G-tube)
