Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide one-on-one pediatric home care on weekday afternoons in New Hampshire. You'll deliver skilled nursing care and connect with the child and family in their home.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with steady hours and no weekends or nights. Valid NH LPN license, CPR, and enteral feeding experience or willingness to be trained are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Hampshire.
• Pediatric home care, NICU/PICU, or pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with G-tubes/enteral feeding or willingness to be trained.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work independently in a family home.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home.
• G-tube feeding, care, and site monitoring.
• Routine health assessments and vital sign monitoring.
• Medication administration as ordered.
• Close communication with parents/caregivers and the care team.
• A calm, nurturing presence during after-school hours.

Pediatric Home Care LPN — Weekday Afternoons

We're looking for a compassionate, dependable LPN to provide one-on-one home care for a pediatric patient. This is a wonderful opportunity for an LPN who wants consistent, predictable hours and the chance to build a lasting relationship with a child and their family — instead of juggling a rotating patient list.

Pay:$40 per hour

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Reliable, set hours every week — great for balancing family life, school schedules, per-diem work, or a second position
• No weekends, no nights, no on-call surprises

About the Role

You'll provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of the patient's home, including:

• G-tube feeding, care, and site monitoring
• Routine health assessments and vital sign monitoring
• Medication administration as ordered
• Close communication with parents/caregivers and the care team
• A calm, nurturing presence during a busy after‑school time of day

What We're Looking For

• Active LPN license in New Hampshire
• Pediatric home care, NICU/PICU, or pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred

• Warm, patient, and comfortable working independently in a family home setting
