ARMStaffing has a Pediatric Emergency Registered Nurse assignment in San Antonio, TX. This 13-week contract places you in a fast-paced pediatric ED, delivering high-quality patient care and supporting families in a welcoming environment.

Shifts rotate: 7A-7:30P, 7P-7:30A, 1P-1:30A, and 3P-3:30A. Active TX RN license required with 2+ years ED experience and current BLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC certifications.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license required (no temporary licenses).
• Minimum 2 years in Emergency Department.
• Current BLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC certifications.
• Pediatric emergency experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in a pediatric emergency setting with a focus on high-quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, including nurses, physicians, and child-life specialists.
• Manage emergency cases while adhering to hospital protocols and policies.
• Perform necessary procedures, including IVs and medication reconciliation.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and provide charge nurse responsibilities as needed.
