Job summary

ARMStaffing seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team in Kingwood, TX. This is a 13-week contract assignment with night shifts (19:00–07:00), requiring acute ER experience.

The ideal candidate holds Texas RN license with TNCC, PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications, and has prior ER trauma exposure. Responsibilities include patient assessments, IV starts, blood draws, resuscitation, EMR documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maintain a 4:1

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas

• Previous Emergency Room experience mandatory
• Trauma experience preferred but not required

Job Description

The Emergency Department seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring acute ER experience and have the ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and provide direct patient care.
• Perform typical nursing procedures including IV starts, blood draws, and resuscitation as needed.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 4:1 during shifts.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in Texas.
• Required certifications: TNCC, PALS, ACLS, BLS.
• Previous experience in an Emergency Room setting is mandatory.
• Trauma experience is preferred but not required.
