Job summary

Youth Villages in Georgia seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver clinical care within our residential programs for youth ages 6 to 17. You will provide first aid, manage vital signs, coordinate exams, and document care in an EMR, partnering with psychiatrists and pediatricians to support mental and behavioral health needs.

The role requires an RN license, pediatric or psychiatric experience, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• RN license required and active in applicable state.
• Experience in pediatric or psychiatric settings preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and monitor vital signs for youth in care.
• Coordinate physical exams and appointments with pediatricians/psychiatrists.
• Document care and observations in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support trauma-informed care.
• Ensure safety and well-being of residents during shifts.
