Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring an RN to work with patients in the comfort of their own homes. The RN will perform comprehensive nursing care under prescribed orders and coordinate with the care team to ensure patient well-being.

Qualifications

• RN license in the practicing state.
• TB test or chest X-ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.
