Ideal candidates will hold an active RN license with at least one year in acute care, strong critical thinking, and excellent communication to partner with physicians and the care team to enhance recovery and discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for post-surgical and progressive care patients
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to clinical changes
• Administer medications, treatments, and ongoing assessments
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge care
