Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking an RN – Medical Progressive Care Unit (PCU) professional in Fort Myers, FL. You will deliver patient-centered nursing care to medically complex patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include monitoring patient status, administering medications and treatments, collaborating with physicians and the care team, and educating patients and families on recovery plans. Active RN license and at least 1 year of acute care experience required.

RN – Progressive Care Unit (Medical PCU) | Fort Myers, FL

Join a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit where your clinical skills and compassionate care help patients through critical stages of recovery. We’re seeking a dedicated RN – Medical PCU to provide exceptional patient care in Fort Myers, FL.

Pay: $33.00 – $48.00/hour
Shift Differential: +$6/hour
Relocation Assistance: $7,000 + $1,800/month housing for 3 months

What You’ll Do:

Provide high-quality nursing care for medical progressive care patients

Monitor patient conditions closely and respond to changes promptly
