Job summary
AdventHealth in Sebring, FL is seeking a registered nurse for PRN and flexible contract assignments across our facilities. You will provide patient-centered care, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support healing.

Qualifications
- Associate's of Nursing required.
- 2+ years of nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
- Must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively.
- Hold RN license and CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and document health data and care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
- Ensure patient safety, timely handoffs, and adherence to policies.
- Participate in quality, safety, and compliance initiatives.
