Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Collaborates with the care team to ensure timely patient placement and effective handoffs.
• Documents patient health data accurately and maintains comprehensive, up-to-date patient records.
