Detroit Medical Center in Detroit, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the PCU – Progressive Care Unit. The role entails leading patient care, collaborating with clinicians, and ensuring smooth handoffs and discharge planning.

The RN will participate in a multidisciplinary team, provide high-quality care, and support professional growth in a mission-driven environment. A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is available based on experience.

Qualificações

• Graduation from a school of nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan.
• AHA BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers.
• Delegate, assess, provide and evaluate patient care.
• Provide and delegate patient care activities to team members.
• Monitor patient progress and prepare for discharge.
• Report to senior unit management and participate in shared decision-making.
